Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Faith United Methodist Church, Westfield. The Rev. Merlin J. Hoeft of Wautoma will officiate, and burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery, Westfield. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the Steinhaus Funeral Home , Westfield, and Friday at the church from 10 to 11 a.m. A memorial fund has been establisher in her name.
She was born April 25, 1908, in Springfield, daughter of John and Wilhelmine (Bonoehr) Fuhrmann. She graduated from Westfield High School in 1927. She was married to Alvin E. "Kie" Kruger on Oct. 15, 1947, in Waukegan, Ill. He preceded her in death on July 4, 1992.
Mrs. Kruger taught school at rural schools and received her bachelor of science degree from Wisconsin State University-Stevens Point in 1964. She taught school in Westfield, California, and McDill and Ben Franklin schools, retiring from teaching in 1973.
Survivors include two sons, Dean, Westfield, and Neil (Pat), Fond du Lac; three daughters, Fae Ore, Whittier, Calif., Rosa Haskett, Neenah, and Joan Fullmer, Westfield; a brother; two sisters; 23 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
