Sutton resident, Rosalene Boehler, 81, passed away Sunday, June 5, 2016, at the Henderson Health Care Hospital in Henderson, NE.
Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m., Thursday, June 9, 2016, at the Federated Church in Sutton with Pastor Karla Sheffy officiating. Interment will follow at the Sutton Cemetery. Sutton Memorial Chapel in Sutton, NE.

Rose was born January 22, 1935, at Mary Lanning Hospital to William and Elsie (Allender) True. She received her education at Hastings Public Schools. She was united in marriage to Lawrence W. Boehler on August 20, 1953, in Hasting, NE. She was employed with Hastings State Hospital then the Sutton Nursing Home. Later, she and her husband Lawrence purchased and ran the Hi-Way Market in Sutton for 23 years.
Rose was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary.
She is survived by 3 sons, Ronald (Kathy) Boehler of Hastings; Dennis (Cindy) Boehler and Donald Boehler all of Sutton; 4 Grandchildren, Daniel (Stephanie) Boehler of Broken Arrow, OK; Kevin Boehler of Omaha, NE; Kourtney Boehler of Hastings; William Boehler of Sutton; 1 Great Grandson, Carter Boehler of Broken Arrow, OK.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence W. Boehler; her parents; 2 Brothers, Chester and Francis True; 2 Sisters, Waunita (Dick) Juranek and Charlotte May (Clayton) Bierman.
