MRS. O. D. MORROW CLAIMED BY DEATH AT RANCH HOME
Mrs. O. D. Morrow, 67, died at the Morrow ranch home in the Divide community at 6:32 a.m. Friday. Influenza and complications and several months of impaired health were blamed for her death. Mr. Morrow was reported Friday morning to be critically ill.
The Morrow family, prominent stock farmers, has lived in the community for many years.
Mrs. Morrow is survived by her husband; nine children (three sons and six daughters). They are R. B. of Lamar, Colo., J. C. of Nolan, J. B. of Plainview, Mrs. J. H. Reed and Mrs. J. C. Reed of Levelland, Mrs. L. H. Uzzell of Vallejo, Calif., Mrs. Lyton Cole of Guion, Mrs. J. F. Fain of Plainview, and Mrs. Clyde Vineyard of Los Angeles, Calif. One brother, S. B. Edwards of Southland, also survives.
Funeral services were incomplete but probably will be held sometime Sunday at the Nolan Methodist Church. Burial, directed by Yates Funeral Home, will follow in Slaters Chapel.
