Farmer Fatally Injured

Springer, Okla., Feb. 15 –
Eugene Baker, a farmer about 25 years of age, was fatally injured at his home one mile north of this city Saturday night during the storm, when a piece of boxing plank was driven with terrible force through the wall of his home and struck him on the head.

The young man is still in an unconscious condition at his home…attending physicians say the he cannot live but a few hours.

Baker's home, as well as several other buildings, were blown from their foundation by the miniature tornado. The wind storm was accompanied by a rain.
