Abner R. Grube Succumbs At 80
Abner R. Grube, 80, Manheim R5, died Saturday morning at the Lancaster General Hospital. He was the husband of the late Elsie Steffy Grube who died in 1971. He was born at Owl Hill, Warwick Twp., a son of the late Wayne S. and Florence Rickert Grube. He was a member of the Jerusalem Lutheran Church, Rothsville, the Lititz Senior Citizens Club, and the Cloister Coin Club, Ephrata.

Before his retirement in 1965 he operated Grube's Garage in Rothsville. He is survived by his son, M. Wilbur Grube, Rothsville; his daughter, Bernice A., wife of Richard Fink, Lancaster; five grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Also surviving are four brothers and three sisters, Abram R. Grube, Kissel Hill; S. Wayne Grube, Brunnerville; Bryan Grube, Lititz R3; Wilson Grube, East Petersburg; three sisters: Mary, wife of Raymond Hess, Lititz R3; Mrs. Florence Herr, Lititz R3; and Virginia, wife of Frank Halbach, York.
