Florence Mildred Norberg was born on June 27, 1929, in Little Falls, MN to the late Emil and Elizabeth (Fimon) Norberg. She grew up on the family farm and helped with chores. Florence was united in marriage to Carl Freudenrich on September 14, 1946, at Bethel Lutheran Church in Little Falls, MN. They settled on a farm north of town near Camp Ripley, where they farmed and raised 8 children until 1975 when they sold and moved into town. Florence worked at the Country Kitchen for many years. She enjoyed crossword puzzles, crocheting, and playing checkers with the grandchildren. Florence also enjoyed traveling, especially trips to Glacier and Yellowstone Parks.
Florence is survived by her children, Frank (Beth Kelley) of Rice, MN; Bill (Gladys) of Florence, AZ; Leonard (Pam) of Little Falls, MN; John (Deb) of Little Falls, MN; Rick (Sharon) of Little Falls, MN; Roger of Little Falls, MN; Frieda (Fred) Green of Great Falls, MT; and Judy (John) Stewart of Sartell, MN; 15 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchlidren; and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Carl; brother, Kenny Norberg; and son, Louis Leroy.
