Mrs. Mary Bob Lanier Fogg, age 80, of Memphis, formerly of Forrest City, died Saturday, March 9, 2002. Mrs. Fogg was born Jan. 15, 1922, in Forrest City, and was the daughter of John T. Lanier and Betta Adrian Lanier. She had been a chemist, an English teacher, a housewife, a member of the Garden Club, and the Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd, in Forrest City. Mrs. Fogg was married to Ed Fogg, in 1945, and he preceded her in death, in 1997. She is survived by one son, Lanier Fogg of Memphis; three daughters: Mary Faith Floyd of West Memphis, Patricia Freeman of Edison, N.J., and Barbara Frazer of Green Bay, Wis.; one brother, John Lanier Jr. of Seabring, Fla.; and two grandchildren. Visitation for Mrs. Fogg will be Monday, March 11, 2002, at 6 p.m., at Stevens Funeral Home. Funeral services for Mrs. Fogg will be conducted Tuesday, March 12, 2002, at 11 a.m., at the Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd, with Father Tom Newman, officiating the service. Burial will follow at Mt. Vernon Cemetery, under the direction of Stevens Funeral Home.
