Mrs. Eliza Parrish, the wife of Mr. J. M. Parrish, died at her home near Little Creek church, Monday about twelve o'clock, after an illness of several days. She was about 68 or 69 years of age and leaves a husband and five sons and three daughters to mourn her departure. She was a member of Little Creek Primitive Baptist church. The interment was made at Little Creek Tuesday afternoon. A good woman has gone to her final reward.
