Mildred was a lifelong member of the York Springs United Methodist Church. She was a former volunteer for the York Springs Fire Co. Ladies Auxiliary and the American Cancer Society. Her favorite hobbies were reading, walking, and enjoying music, as well as, cooking and baking for others
She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Harry L. Trostle of Carlisle and formerly of York Springs; a daughter, Mitzi Lee Trostle of Harrisburg; her former son-in-law, Michael H. Dodson of Fort Lauderdale, FL; a brother, Donald R. Miller of York Springs; and many nieces and nephews whom she treasured.
Services will be at the convenience of the family and interment will be in the Sunnyside Cemetery, York Springs. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Forest Park Health Center, 700 Walnut Bottom Rd., Carlisle, PA 17013. Arrangements are being handled by Hollinger Funeral Home & Crematory, Mt. Holly Springs, PA.
