Ella V. Armagost, 85, of DuBois died Monday, Dec. 31, 2012 at the DuBois Regional Medical Center. Born Feb. 22, 1927, she was the daughter of the late Seth Milliron and Ruth (Kohler) Milliron Garrett.

She was married to Harry W. Armagost. He preceded her in death on Jan. 7, 1977.

She retired from the Brockway Glass Company after many years of service.

She was a member of First Baptist Church. She was a past member of the J.E. DuBois Hose Co. Ladies Auxiliary. She enjoyed crocheting, ceramics and was an avid reader.

She is survived by her children, Deanna V. Reiter and her husband, John and Carol Lee Armagost, all of Emporium, and William L. Armagost and his wife, Deanne and Nancy Jo Horak and her husband, Edward, all of DuBois; two brothers, Robert Milliron and his wife, Grace of Falls Creek and Ralph “Peck” Milliron and his wife, Elizabeth of Muncy; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her brother, George “Bud” Milliron and two sisters, Hazel Lyons and Betty Cowan.
