A Double Wedding: There was an unusual flutter in society circles this week, occasioned by the marriage of Rev. Benjamin Spencer and Miss Mollie Holt, and Mr. J. W. Neathery and Miss Belle Spencer. The rites were solemnized at 8 o'clock Wednesday morning. As the double wedding was quiet indeed, only a few immediate friends being present to witness the ceremony, we do not feel called upon to flourish the affair as having been paralyzing in its nature. But we certainly do extend to all parties the best wishes of the Star, and we trust that their future may be long series of gladsome days, full of anticipations and jeweled with glorious realizations.
