MRS. MARIE ADOLPH
DIES IN SIOUX CITY

Funeral services for Mrs. Marie Augusta Adolph, 88, who lived at the South Sioux City nursing home and died Tuesday at a hospital after a long illness, will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday at the W. Harry Christy Funeral Home in Morningside.

Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.

Mrs. Adolph was born March 2, 1876, in Germany. She came to this county with her parents when she was six years old and settled near Vinton. She also lived in Le Mars for several years before moving to Hartley, where she was married to John Peter Adolph, 1895.

They lived in Hartley 37 years, Mr. Adolph died in 1957. Survivors are one son, Glen C of Sioux City; one daughter Lela Adolph of Sioux City, one granddaughter; three great grandson and one great great grandson
