Ellis T. Puryear, Miami resident for many years, died at the Franklin Hospital in Claremore, OK
Survived by his wife, a son and two daughters; his father, Daniel B. Puryear of Noel, MO; two brothers, William and Eugene Puryear of Noel, MO;
five sisters, Mrs Marie Logan of Fairland, OK; Mrs. Edna Logan of Noel, MO; Mrs; Orve Walker of Noel, MO;Mrs. Mary Loveless of Sulphur Springs, AR; and Mrs. Mattie Davis of Carnegie, PA.
Funeral services were held at the Cooper Funeral Home with the Rev. Russell Martin officiating. Members of the Picher, Ok Masonic Lodge, of which he was a member,served as pallbearers and conducted services at the grave in the G.A.R. Cemetery, Miami, OK.
