Underwood wishes to thank the many old friends, relatives and concerned people who showed their sympathy and genuine love to our family during the recent loss of our mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend, Mamie (maiden name Hobson) McDonald, who died May 5, 1995, at the grand old age of 94 in a rest home in Waco.
Mamie was laid to rest beside Robert Ray Underwood in Rock Church Cemetery on May 8, 1995. Robert Ray died in 1952. The Glen Rose area was home to this family until the early 1960s. Mamie resided for many years at the Meridian Nursing Home.
