She was born in Talihina, Oklahoma, to Delbert and Doris Francis Blevins. She grew up and attended schools in both Haywood and McAlester. She was a homemaker most of her life and was of the Pentecostal Holiness Faith. She had lived about seven years in Ardmore before her death and had moved there from Fillmore. She passed away at Woodview Nursing Center in Ardmore. She was preceded in death by her parents, Delbert and Doris Blevins and a daughter, Devon Michelle Hale.
