Esther D. Avedisian, 89, of Atlantic Avenue, secretary for Trinity Episcopal Church, Cranston, for 25 years before retiring in 1977, died yesterday at the Pawtuxet Village Nursing Home. She was the widow of Arsen G. Avedisian.
Born in Providence, a daughter of the late John and Hilda (Sunquist) Tillman, she lived in Warwick since 1935.
Mrs. Avedisian was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church for more than 80 years.
She is survived by a son, a daughter, seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
