Peggy M. Mann, of Poteet, passed away Saturday, October 9, 2004 at the age of 63. Peggy was born July 18, 1941 in Amphion, and was a resturant owner. Mrs. Mann was preceded in death by her husband Johnnie Mann, and son Richard John Mann. She is survived by her daughters; Kathy Hamm, and husband Mike and Kimberly Simmons and husband Greg all of Poteet. She is also survived by her three grandchildren Garret Simmons, Staci Simmons, and Jake Hamm, sister, LaVerne Kidd, aunts; Edith Winters and Dessie Jenkins, nephews Chad Norwood, and Eugene Kidd and niece Kelly Benton. Visitation was Sunday October 10, 2004 from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Hurley Funeral Home in Pleasanton. Services were held Monday, October 11, 2004 at 10:00 a.m. at the Jourdanton City Cemetery.
