Marjorie J. Ross 1931–2016 Brooklyn Park—Marjorie J.Ross, age 84, of Brooklyn Park, MN passed away suddenly on May 26th, 2016. Marjorie was born in Waseca in 1931 to Lester and Amelia (Buecksler) Fleming. She graduated from Waseca High School in 1949. She also worked at Birds Eye Canning Co. in Waseca. She married Robert Ross, of Waseca, on September 5, 1951 in Anchorage, Alaska. Marjorie lived a very active life. She traveled around the country with her husband Robert, during his 26 year career in the Air Force and continued her love for traveling after his passing in 1998. She loved genealogy, antiquing, baking, roller skating, skiing, working in her flower garden, ice cream and her dogs. She was an avid swimmer and, of course, she loved spending time with her grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband, Robert; parents, Lester and Amelia Fleming; father and mother-in-law, August and Elsie Ross; brother-in-law, Clifford Ross; sister-in-law, Marcella Williams; sister-in-law, Polly (Fleming) Streitz & nephew, Jerry Fleming.
