April is survived by her two children, Andrew Saltsgaver, 18 and Heather Clark, 16; her mother, Darlene Brock of San Luis Obispo; two sisters, Toni Manning of Upland and Debbie Lowe of San Luis Obispo; two brothers, Doug and Rob Soule; three nieces, Britney Lowe, Kaci Rojo and Tori Rojo; six nephews, Daniel Soule, Chad Manning, Dakoda Manning, Jonathon Lowe, Cameron Soule, Brandon Soule and Randy Rojo.
