Celebration of Life Services for Aaron Duvel Ash, 35, a resident of Davenport, will be 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 28, 2006, at Progressive Baptist Church, Davenport. Burial will be in Pine Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. on Friday at the Halligan-McCabe-DeVries Funeral Home. Aaron died Sunday, October 22, 2006. He was born March 23, 1971 in Iowa City, the son of Charles E. Summage and Betty L. Ash.
Aaron graduated from North High School in 1989. He was united in marriage to Evonne R. Sanders, June 10, 1993 in Davenport. He was employed as a driver for United Parcel Services.
Aaron was a great family man and enjoyed being involved with all his children's activities. He played baseball on the Pepsi Little League team. Aaron was a karate enthusiast, weightlifter and enjoyed racquetball. He was a member of Progressive Baptist Church and the NAACP.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather Vernal S. Nicholson.
