Miller, and their children William, John, and Mary. The date of death noted when the cemetery tombstones were transcribed in 1998 was 15 March 1850. This date is questionable because the 1850 census was recorded in November, which would have been after the death date on the tombstone. Additionally, Mr. Miller is buried next to Matthias M. who was born in 1852. Descendants of Matthias and Elizabeth Miller believe young Matthias Miller, Memorial # 163069163, was the son of Matthias Sr. I have not linked Matthias Jr. to Matthias Sr. because of the apparent discrepancies for dates of birth and death. Descendants of Matthias Sr. and Elizabeth Miller point out that Matthias Jr. was on the 1856 census with the widow, Elizabeth, and the couples' other surviving children.
