Ray Foster Barnard, born December 26, 1935, went to be with the Lord on May 17, 2016. He was predeceased by his father and mother, Foster and Dorothy Barnard and his son, Staff Sargeant Larry Barnard.

Ray is survived by his wife of 58 years, Marilyn; his two sons, Ray Foster Barnard, Jr. and wife, Ann, Endicott, NY and Timothy J. Barnard, Ithaca, NY; his grandchildren, Lisa & Eric, Katie & Peter, Benjamin & Michelle, Melissa, Emily & Paul, Jackson, and Sarah & Adam; four great grandchildren, Isaiah, Vivian, Brayden, and Casey; a daughter-in-law, Tammy Barnard; a brother-in-law, Steve Baker and wife, Judy; a sister-in-law, Patricia Long; and several nieces and nephews.

Ray served in the Navy for two years; worked for The Pig Stand, and Mary's Coffee Shop. He worked for Crowley's Foods for 35 years; owned Grampa Ray's Pizza Parlor and Ray's Cleaning Service. He was a member of the Franklin Hill Presbyterian Church. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, May 24, 2016 at the Tuttle-Yeisley Funeral Home, Inc., Hallstead, PA with Pastor Joe Travis and The Rev. Susan Brizzolara.

Interment will be made in Rose Hill Cemetery. Friends may call from 4 to 7 on Monday. Memorial donations, in lieu of flowers, may take the form of a donation to the Franklin Hill Presbyterian Church, 400 Franklin Hill Road, Hallstead, PA 18822.
