Fred Chandler, aged 25, died at 4 o’clock Monday afternoon at his home near Burgoon in Polk township. He had been ill since last December, suffering from complications which followed an attack of typhoid fever. He was a farmer.
Survivors are the mother, Mrs. Isaac Chandler; four brothers, Harley, Charles, Claude and Clyde Chandler, and four sisters, Mrs. Lucy Todd, Mrs. Vernie Eads, Mrs. Vannie Eads and Mrs. Marie Eads.
Funeral services will be held at 2 o’clock Wednesday afternoon from the Burgoon church and interment will be in the adjoining cemetery. The services will be in charge of the Rev. Eli Fowler and the Rev. W. C. Chafin.
