Born in Pottsville, he was a son of Phillip J. and Holly A. Knoblauch Snyder.
Phillip was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan and enjoyed fishing in his spare time.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his children, Chloe and Lexus Snyder; a brother, Tyler J. Snyder, New Ringgold; maternal grandparents, Guy and Elaine Knoblauch, Auburn.
