Victor was born on 15 Feb 1885 in Kiselevtsy, Bolotskay, Kobrin, Russia to Grigory and Vicia Grodonis Serboliuk. He left Russia to come to America with a friend but left his parents and a brother in Russia. Grandpa loved to garden and to go fishing. He tried to teach us to speak his language but to no avail. I sure wish I did learn it back then but all us kids wanted to do was go out and play. That is most likely something he didn't get to do very much back in the home country. Now I am interested in how things were back then in Russia and read the history of the country and wish I could find if he has any ancestors over there now. Rest in peace my grandparents and know you were and still are very loved.
