Elizabeth died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Helen Smouse, of Battle Creek, Michigan. In addition to Helen, she was survived by sons H.C. and Franklin Wright, of Battle Creek, MI, Ralph P. Wright, of Berrien Springs, MI, Albert S. Wright, of St. Petersburg, FL, and daughter Mrs. Beulah Lanier, of McAllen, Texas. Other survivors included her brother, Zenas L. Stormant of Monmouth, and two sisters, Miss Helen and Louise Stormant of Kirkwood.

Elizabeth married Julius Calvin Wright on 1 April 1870 in Warren county, Illinois; they later divorced. She married John Crandall on 2 December 1909 in Albion, Noble county, Indiana, and he passed away in 1921. She had spent some time in Texas, prior to moving to Michigan about 1920.

Elizabeth's remains were brought to Kirkwood on Monday, March 5th, with her funeral held Tuesday afternoon at the United Presbyterian church in Kirkwood, Rev. Nat Childs presiding. Burial was in Hickory Point cemetery.
