Helen L. (Bussard) Smith, 89 of Lincoln, died Friday., Aug. 7, 2004 in Lincoln.
She was born in York County on Nov. 16, 1914. She graduated from Lushton High School in 1933.
Smith married Wendell Smith in Sacramento, Calif., in 1936 and lived in Fairmont and Crete prior to moving to Lincoln.
She was preceded in death by husband Wendell; son, Jimmy Lee; daughter, Judy; and grandson Aaron Gemmell.
She was survived by son and daughter-in-law, Wendell J. and Doris J., Lincoln; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
Memorial service was held on Wednesday, Aug. 11 at Roper and Sons Chapel with Mr. Dan T. Alit, officiating.
Private family burial of cremains at the Fairmont Cemetery in Fairmont.
