Tammy was born May 1, 1963, in Providence, R.I., daughter of Joyce L. Galleshaw and the late Frank T. Galleshaw Jr. Tammy grew up in Burrillville and graduated from Burrillville High School in 1981. She holds a bachelor of arts degree from Emerson College in Boston, Mass. Tammy was co-owner, with her brother Frank, of the family business, Wright's Farm Restaurant in Harrisville, R.I., where she co-managed the gift shop with her sister-in-law, Susan Galleshaw.
Tammy married her childhood sweetheart, Jeffrey Forgue in 1987. For 26 years, the Forgue family resided in Lincoln, where Tammy was actively involved in many activities. As a young woman, Tammy was an accomplished equestrian at Acres Wild Farm. In her spare time, she enjoyed spending time with family and friends in Bonnet Shores, skiing and traveling.
Besides her husband and mother, Tammy is survived by three devoted sons, Jeffrey Joseph Forgue Jr., Nicholas Lee Forgue and Gregory Francis Forgue; and loving brother, Frank T. Galleshaw III and his wife Susan Galleshaw, and several nieces and nephews. Tammy was a vibrant individual who had countless friends and touched many people's lives. She will forever live in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know her.
