Richard A. Fink Sr. of Vancouver, WA., formerly of Atlanta and Lincoln, IL. passed away at 9:47 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 24, 2015, in Vancouver, WA. He was born Aug. 20, 1952 in Terre Haute, Ind. the son of Robert C. Fink and Delilah Howe. He grew up in Atlanta, IL. where he graduated from Atlanta High School in 1970. He is survived by one daughter, Pauline K. (Dave) Kennedy, Vancouver, WA.; one son, Richard A. Fink, Jr., Roseburg, OR.; one brother, Tim (Cheryl) Fink, Warsaw, MO.; one sister, Paula Walsh, Farmer City, IL.; 5 grandchildren, Riley Rechain, Allison Rechain, Isaac Rechain all of Roseburg, Katie and Matthew Kennedy both of Vancouver. He was preceded in death by his parents, his step-father, Harold E. Allen, and one nephew. There will be no services. Inurnment will be at a later date in Willamette National Cemetery, Portland, OR.
