Mrs. Neumann was a member of Mary Branan United Methodist Church and the Order of the Eastern Star. She was retired from Colonial Stores and was an avid bowler and sports fan.
She was preceded in death by her husband Howard Neumann and four sisters and brothers. Survivors include one sister: Kathrine M. Freeman of Lithonia and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 11AM on Saturday Sept 1, 2007 at Carmichael-Hemperley Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Westview Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday evening from 6-8 P. M. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a cancer or heart related charity of the donor's choice.
