Robert Allen Hezel was born in Seattle, WA, on February 3, 1927, the son of Jacob and Elsa Hezel. Robert attended Ballard High School and graduated in 1945. After graduation he served with the Army in WWII. Following the war he worked as a machinist at Boeing in 1948 – after his retirement from Boeing in 1981 he volunteered at the Boeing Everett Restoration Center restoring vintage aircraft. In 1967 he married Alice Anderson and they enjoyed 42 years of marriage. Bob loved boating, fishing, and RV'ing with his bride around the country.He is survived by wife, Alice; and her three children; and brother Cliff.Graveside service will be held ar 1 p.m., on Saturday April 11, 2009, at Evergreen Washelli, 11111 Aurora Ave N, Seattle, WA.
