This day the declaration of John Perall was presented to the Court that he was a Revolutionary Soldier also at the same time came George W. Barrere and Amos Grantham who being sworn certified as to the truth of the declaration of the applicant, the Court are satisfied that the applicant was a Revolutionary Soldier and served as he states and that the said George W. Barrere and Amos Grantham are creditable persons and that their statement is entitled to credit - which is ordered to be certified.

Plaintiffs alllege that decedent, while living, on Aug. 17, 1836, sold by contract to Peter Van Allen Pugsley 44 acres in Survey Nos. 12414 and 13777, both patented to Perrill. Shirtly after Nov. 1837, Perrill died leaving Elizabeth, his widow, and the following children: Hugh, of Kentucky; John, of Clermont Co., Ohio; Elizabeth, wife of Leroy McKnight of Brown Co., Ohio; Jeptha, whose wife is Rebecca of Ross Co., Ohio; Margaret, wife of George Bennett of Pickaway Co., Ohio; and George.
