Mrs. A. L. Coggin and Mrs. J. F. Thomas received a telegram Saturday morning, announcing the sad death of their father, Mr. C. A. Johnson, of Mt. Pleasant, Texas. He had been in feeble health for several years. He leaves four daughters and a host of grandchildren to mourn his sad departure. He was laid to rest Sunday afternoon at two o’clock in the city cemetery. We extend our heartfelt sympathy to the bereaved.
