Mr. Snapp was born April 24, 1936, in Boise City, Oklahoma to Clarence and Ethel Harvelle Snapp. He married Geraldine Bartels on March 28, 1958 in Goodwell, Oklahoma.
Survivors include his wife, two sons, Scott Snapp of Plano, Texas and Mark Snapp of Kingwood, Texas, two sisters, Judy James and Jan Gerald, both of Boise City; nfive grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
