Agnes McIntosh Gray was my GGrandmother on my Mother's side. She was born in Richmond, Victoria, Australia around 1853. Her parents were Alexander and Sarah Haddow Nicholson McIntosh. She married my GGrandfather, Alexander Rollo Gray on August 4, 1871 in Dundee, Angus, Scotland at the age of 18 years. She passed many years before I was born but I can remember my Grandmother speak of her. She had to be a strong woman and it was reflected in the fact that she lost two of her sons in World War 1 (1915 and 1916).
