DR CHARLES ALEXANDER OF WINSTON-SALEM, N. C DIES Charleston. Ill. Oct. 27. Dr. Charles Alexander of Winston-Salem. N. C, a former Coles County resident, died in Winston-Salem Tuesday, following an illness of many months. Funeral services will be held at the Presbyterian church In this city at 2 o'clock Friday afternoon.

Dr. Alexander was born east of Charleston about 51 years ago, son of Mr. and Mrs. L. F. Alexander He married Miss Minnie Hutton 20 years ago. Surviving besides the wife are two children, Miss Betty Lou and Jack; two brothers, Earl Alexander of Newman and Orion Alexander address unknown, and two sisters Mrs. Mabel Endsley and Mrs. Leland Cox, both of Charleston.
