Visitation will be held from 3 to 9 p.m. Sunday at Parkway Funeral Service and continue one hour prior to service at the funeral home.
Enid Gilman was born April 8, 1919, in Livona, N.D., the daughter of Joseph and Ida (Bakie) Gilman. She was raised and attended school in Livona. Enid married Clarence Ely on Oct. 1, 1928, in Bismarck. She worked for Deluxe Cleaners and then St. Alexius Medical Center for 15 years, retiring in 1987.
Enid enjoyed knitting, crocheting and traveling.
She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Donald and Gloria Ely, Bismarck; one daughter, Linda Ely, Bismarck; one son-in-law, Dennis Schneider, Bismarck; six grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence; her daughter, Janice; her parents; four brothers; and one sister.
