OREM - Funeral services for Sylvanus John Hulet, 22, will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. In Sharon ward chapel. J. Clayton ..Watts, bishop of Beverly ward will officiate. Mr. Hulet died Wednesday at his residence in Sunset, Davis county, where he has been working the past five months.
Friends may call at the home of a sister, Mrs. Agnes Moss, No. 40 Mountain View subdivision, Orem, Saturday from 9 a.m. to time of services. Burial in American Fork cemetery will be directed by the Sunset mortuary of Clearfield.
He was born April 7, 1928, In Peterson, Morgan county, son of John Silas and Nancy Elva Hunt Hulet., The family moved to Rockland, Ida., when he was nine. In 1945 the family came to Orem where he graduated from Lincoln high school.
In May of 1945 he joined the U. S. army and served until November, 1946, after a period overseas.
He was a member of the LDS church.
Survivors include his parents and the following brothers and sisters: Jay Hulet, American Falls, Ida.; Ray Hulet, Moscow, Ida.; Mrs. Lear, Moss, Orem; Mrs. Pheta Whittler and Mrs. Fae Moss, Rockland.
