George Dicker
George C. Dicker, 72, of 418 Berkley St. Palmer Township, died last night in Easton Hospital where he was a patient a week.

Mr. Dicker was a self-employed route salesman for Freihofer's until 1958. He then became a custodian at the Palmer Elementary School, retiring in 1973.

Born in Easton, he was a son of the late George B. and Elsie Garis Dicker.

He was a 4th degree member of Knights of Columbus Council 345, Easton, and a graduate of Easton High School, class of 1920. He was a member of St. Jane Frances de Chantal Catholic Church and the Men of the Church.

Survivors include his widow, the former Edna M. Pfister; two daughters, Mrs. Elizabeth Correll, Palmer Township, and Mrs. Jan Fleming, Metuchen, NJ; two sons George H., Bethlehem Township, and James W. Palmer Township; four brothers, Paul, Easton; Laurence, Saucon Valley; David, Morrestown, and Henry, Belvidere; two sisters, Mrs. Margaret Robinson and Mrs. Emma Schrack, both of Houston Tex., and 17 grand-children.

The funeral will be held at 8:45 a.m. Monday at the Curran Funeral Service Home, Wilson, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m. in St. Jane's Church. Interment will be in Gethsemane Cemetery.
