Joelene C. Trudgen-Thompson, 69, of Kittanning died Saturday, April 30, 2016 at ACMH, East Franklin. She was born Dec. 20, 1946 in Kittanning to Homer & Avanell (Lasher) Painter. Joelene was a homemaker. She enjoyed playing on the computer. Survivors include her mother, Avanell Painter; her sons, David Trudgen and Kenneth (Donna) Trudgen; her grandson, Andrew Trudgen; her granddaughter, Molly Trudgen; her brothers, Byron Painter and Bradley Painter; her sisters, Cheri Lindsay and Stacey (Paul) McGinnis; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father; her husband, William Thompson; and her mother in-law, Helen Thompson. According to Joelene's wishes, services will be private and arrangements are entrusted to Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home, Kittanning.
