Thurman Starcher, 76, of Arnoldsburg, was found dead at his home Monday Feb 20.
Born at Arnoldsburg, he was a son of the late Edwin and Lida Kirby Starcher.
He was a retired farmer and surveyor, and had attended the Stoney Point United Methodist Church.
Surviving are three sisters; Mrs. Edna Coper of Spencer, Mrs. Nettie Slider of Parkersburg, and Mrs. Bernice Smith of Sand Ridge.
Funeral services were held Thursday, Feb. 23, at the Sinnett Funeral Home in Spencer with the Rev. Vere Price officiating, and burial was in the Starcher Cemetery at Rocksdale.
