Runaway Bay ~ Johnnie L. White, 96, a homemaker, went to be with our Lord Wednesday, May 1, 2013 in Decatur.
Funeral is 11:00 a.m. Saturday, May 4, 2013 at Fairlawn Cemetery in Comanche, Oklahoma. Rev. Jeff Moore will officiate. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Friday at Hawkins Funeral Home.
Johnnie was born on April 12, 1917 to John and Cora (Winiger) Moore in Addington, Oklahoma. She was united in marriage to Earl M. Lynch and then Walter G. White, they both preceded her in death. Johnnie was a member of the First Baptist Church and several women's organizations, mostly in the church.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband; her second husband; 2 sisters; and 3 brothers.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are her daughter, Bobbie White and husband Bill of Runaway Bay; her stepson, Billy White of Pauls Valley, Oklahoma; her grandsons, Joe E. Kimbrough of Denton, Wallace M. Kimbrough and wife Sharon of Denton, and MSG Stephan Kelly Kimbrough USAF of Fayetteville, North Carolina; her great grandchildren, Lauren, Kara, Ben, Pete, and Mitchell; her great great grandchildren, Madison, Ray, and Harlee; her step grandchildren, Diane and Bill Jr.; numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
