FORT WORTH - L.D. Elliott, 85, a home builder, passed away Wednesday, May 22, 2002 in an Azle hospital.

Graveside service: 11 a.m. Friday in Mount Olivet Cemetery. Visitation: 6:30-8 p.m. Thursday at Mount Olivet Funeral Home.

Mr. Elliott lived in Fort Worth since 1949. He retired as a home builder and served in the U.S. Army in World War II.

Preceded in death by his wife, Lenora Elliott in 1997.

Survivors: Daughter, Arlette West and her husband, Charles of Azle; grandchildren; two grandsons; one granddaughter; eight great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson.
