Robert "Bob" Creekmore, 78, born on September 30, 1937, to Joe and Novena Creekmore in Breckenridge, Mo., passed away peacefully on April 26, 2016, in the early morning hours at LaVerna Village Care Center in Savannah, Mo., with his daughter and sons at his bedside.

On December 7, 1958, he married Beverly Ann New, and together they had four children. On February 1, 1993, Bob retired from the General Motors Assembly in Fairfax, Ks., after 31 1/2 years of service. He was a member of the UAW.

He was fortunate to retire at the young age of 55 when he bought a travel trailer and was able to see most of the United States with his wife, Beverly, and beloved dog "Puff". In 2004 they decided to move back to Missouri and chose to make their home in St. Joseph.

Robert was preceeded in death by his parents; sister, Nona Alford; brother, Donald Creekmore; and son, Larry Schneiter.

Survivors include his wife, Beverly; Daughter, Pamela Hollars; Sons, Robert and Ronald Creekmore; 5 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.

Funeral Service: 2 p.m., Thursday, April 28, at Bram Funeral Home, Hamilton.

Visitation: 1 hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Interment: The McCrary Cemetery, Gallatin, Mo.
