Pearl was very proud of her pioneer heritage and was an active member of the Daughters of Utah Pioneers, Willow Creek Camp.

She was a widow for 50 years, half her life time. Her family was very attentive, but Pearl maintained her independence and kept her home and yard immaculate to the end of her 100 years on earth.

She was always cheerful and concerned about others; many friends, neighbors and family members were happy to attend her 100th birthday celebration.

She will be missed by many, especially her daughter, son, their families, and the residents of her home town. Her beloved husband is now a very happy man!
