She was born December 27, 1939, in Estill County, the daughter of the late Chester Ray and Lillian McKinney Isaacs. She retired from BB&T Bank where she was a loan officer and had lived in Estill County all of her life. She was a member of the Rice Station Christian Church. She was preceded in death by her Husband, James Marvin Dixon. She is survived by:

1 Brother: Jesse L. Isaacs Irvine
