Son of Camden F Randolph and Adeline Davis.

E F Randolph is attributed to establishing the first jewelry store in Williamson WV of which he later sold to L. B. Atkins around 1921.

He was the founder of the Citizen's Motor Company, and also helped in the establishment of the National Bank of Commerce and the Mountaineer Hotel.
