Wayne Leo Bechard age 78, Springfield, Missouri passed away Friday, April 15, 2016 in Springfield, Missouri. He was born December 29, 1937, in Oakley, Kansas, to Louis and Appolonia Bechard.

He was a salesman and served in the U.S. Air Force.

He was preceded in death by his first wife Marjorie Bechard and his second wife Nancy Sullivan Bechard.

Survivors include two sons Mike Bechard, Springfield, Missouri, John Bechard, New York, New York, two grandchildren Noa and Kristen Bechard. Three step children Shelly (Nick) Nuessle, Sarah (Mike) Pittman, Tink (Glinda) Sullivan. One brother Robert Bechard, Overland Park, Ks, his aunt Mary Jean Griese, Springfield, Missouri and by many friends.

Memorial mass will be at 3:00 p.m. Thursday, April 21, 2016 in Sacred Heart Catholic Church with Msgr Tom Reidy celebrant. Burial will be at a later date in St. Mary's Cemetery under the care of Herman H. Lohmeyer Funeral Home.
