I'm including this email I received from Lucy Weaver's gggranddaughter. The headstone says 1826, and she says 1844. I guess the TVA records could be this far wrong, but when I contact TVA about any discrepancies, I am told that their records from this time are very accurate. Here is the email I received:
1827 is not the correct birth year - her parents were born in 1821 and 1824. All sources found so far point to a birth of approx 1844.
