PELL, Betty Joyce – Peacefully at the Belleville General Hospital on Friday, November 7th, 2014 in her 85th year. Daughter of the late William and Lola Cox (nee Stapley). Loving mother of Janet Fearon, Heather Kornblum (Rob Rushlow), Debbie Lawrenson and Beverley Putnam (John). Survived by her sisters Gloria Wood, Linda Curtis (late Frank), Vivian Hannah (late Keith), and brothers Joe Cox (Shelba), and Bill Cox (late Carol). Pre-deceased by sisters Annie Thompson (late Stewart), Pat Deline (Bob), Dorothy Bowler (Garth), and by brother Allen Cox (Vivian). Sadly missed by her grandchildren Darnell and Cash McCaw, Amy-Lynn Thompson-Pocknell (Geoff), Bryan and Andrew Lawrenson, Nicole, Daniel and Natalie Kornblum, Kate-Lynn and Emily Putnam and by great-grandchildren Mason, Sidney, Nathan, Joshua, Charleigh, Jacob and Hudson. In keeping with Betty's wishes, cremation has taken place. Friends are invited to a memorial visitation held at the BELLEVILLE FUNERAL HOME AND CHAPEL LTD. , 68 N. Front St. (613-968-5080) on Friday, November 14th, 2014 from 7-9p.m. Interment of Betty's ashes at the Belleville Cemetery will take place on Saturday, November 15th, 2014 at 11:00a.m. If desired, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or Heart and Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated by the family.
